It is nice to have skipped tests indicated now. However, there is a difference between skipped (by the running of the test itself) and quarantined (via Bamboo action). They should be separate fields on all the displays.

      Some related improvements:

      1. The build summary page provides links to the failures and quarantined/skipped tests - this is very nice. The same links should be provided on the Test screen and on the job specific screens
      2. It would be nice if the dashboard indicated quarantined and skipped tests (field for each ) . While I want the numbers, at least an indicator (when > 0) that a hover would show more details.

[BAM-15946] Split out skipped from quarantined tests

This is still an issue for my team and we would like to see it addressed.

I'll just add a +1 to this as it looks like it's still open (four years later  ). On Bamboo 6.9, my team has spent a non-trivial amount of time trying to figure out why Bamboo was labeling tests as quarantined when none of us had taken an action to quarantine anything. We didn't even know tests could be quarantined. And the UI wouldn't let us do anything to "unleash" them. But, upon a deeper dive, it looks like Bamboo was improperly labeling tests as quarantined that were actually skipped. So, I think this confusion at the UI level between skipped and quarantined is non-trivial and should be addressed. Thanks!

            Hi Bob,

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll open this ticket but at the moment, it is unlikely we will be able to address it this year due to our current priorities on the roadmap.

            Regard,
            Josh
