Summary shows 268 passed. Details shows 268 skipped.

The tests are all skipped in this particular case and it is correctly showing the test failed.

Update

This is more serious, it is simply showing incorrect results in all cases where there are skipped tests. You can no longer rely on the dashboard to show how many test are successful. In another case is shows 220 passed when in reality, 164 tests passed and 56 tests were skipped.
