We'd like to add a deploy to Artifactory job that only runs when a bamboo variable has a certain value. Is this possible?

If not, is there a way that we can populate to "snapshot" when a bamboo variable has a certain value and the "release" repository otherwise?

[BAM-15547] Is it possible to add a "conditional" job?

I agree with Mariusz and Wojciech. This ticket was wrongly closed as a duplicate of another, as this ticket specifically asks for conditional jobs, not tasks.

Currently we need to add conditions to every single task in a job if we want to disable it entirely. This is cumbersome and you have to remember to add it when adding new tasks. It would be a lot easier if we could disable a job based on conditions evaluated in previous stages of the build.

I am having the same query as this would be rather beneficial to skip stages/jobs with condition not only tasks.

This feature would be highly appreciated.

Conditional task and conditional job are two different things.

I need to run whole stage only in certain conditions.

To do so now, I need to create a stage with two jobs (I need to do two things) and in each of them all tasks needs to be conditional.

That is quite some waste of resources.

It would be so much easier if I could set conditional on stage and job (since in the next stage I am running one of two jobs (technically tasks in those jobs) depending on the value of the variable.

            Hi David,
This isn't possible with Bamboo right now. Is a manual stage an option?
