Bulk updates to deployment projects

      I'm trying to bulk update development project environments with a new email notification - but bulk changes for development projects doesn't seem possible yet. As I have 20 different deployment projects each with 3 environments, this will be quite difficult.

      In fact, it would be excellent to bulk update other aspects of development projects - including adding tasks and permissions.

      Otherwise, it would be great if we could create "linked" deployment environments - most of our projects reside on the same infrastructure anyway.
