Trigger deployment from any branch

      Our use case is, every release cycle starts a new branch. Each initial release build autodeploys to DEV environment. We want a trigger such that any branch build will trigger the deployment to DEV of that branch. We don't want to have to create a new trigger every time we add a new branch.
