DISABLE_AGENT_AUTO_CAPABILITY_DETECTION not working on Bamboo agent first launch

      According to this discuss https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/84968/bamboo-remote-agent-capability-auto-detection disabling agent auto capabilities on bamboo Server allow to not have capabilities like Maven, JDK and Git on Bamboo agents.

      In my case, when starting a NEW Bamboo agent, default capabilities appear despite of this parameter. (And I don't want that !)
      But after removing those capabilities on this Agent (Bamboo server GUI) and restarting Bamboo Agent ; default Bamboo Capabilities do not appear again.
