Plan Branch with successful build doesn't show up when creating a release

Plan Branch release-R-21-2 (details first screenshot) has a build (second screenshot), but that build doesn't show up in the build results for the plan (third screenshot) when I go to deploy. Also, the plan branch does have multiple releases, but they are from another plan! (fourth screenshot).

Also note that in Screenshot #2, the Branch Summary indicates that it is "Included in build project" R-18, which seems wrong.

I know that we (Rosetta Stone) are locally hosted, but any help you can give would be appreciated.
