Let's imagine I have an issue type like Business Requirements or Change Request. It has an "Approved for Deployment into Production" status. I would like to condition the deployment like this:

1) Link that requirement to the build, manually (I can do that, now)
2) If that issue is not in that status, then Bamboo won't let the user to deploy the related release
