Git repository shows ssh on OnDemand when it is not available

      OnDemand does not currently support SSH transport for Git repositories.

      The option to select the 'SSH private key' option for 'Authentication Type' should not be visible until the above feature is implemented.

      Affects Version: 5.2-OD-3 (not currently available in drop-down selections)
