    Description

      Amazon tells that an EC2 instance take less then 10min to startup but we experience up to 20 min waiting to get a Bamboo Elastic agent up and running. Please proceed with some kind of tuning to speed up the process. We already have another improvement requests that can solve/improve this issue:
