Create new Windows EBS based Elastic Instances AMI.

      Many customers have troubles setting Windows Elastic Instances when using OnDemand Elastic Bamboo, mainly because EBS mounting issues or the lack of automated installation (or already installed) Visual Studio and other MS development tools.
      Could be very useful if the new AMI already be EBS based.
