Allow to configure a default trigger for all branches from the plan

    Description

      Some customers may want the plan trigger to be every X hours, but all detected branches (or manually added branches) to default to manual.

      If this was available then they would only need 1 plan for periodic running of the build and also for manually running feature branches with the same configuration. Currently they have to maintain multiple almost identical plans, or every X hours all branches will spin up builds.
