We have this original feature request https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ACCESS-1468 to allow org admin to control the managed users' associated products.

However, according to https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/manage-your-users-requests-for-products/ was delivered encompassing only the ability to block users from creating new sites with products.

This means that enterprise customers still do not have the ability to block managed accounts from joining or being invited to existing sites.

We suggest implementing that feature for enterprise customers, allowing them to have more granularity control of where they want their users to have access:

• Control the ability to join sites or products external to the organization
