Issue Summary

A user export returns Never accessed for users despite UI and the Organisation REST API returning a date. last activity delay of up to 24 hours was considered. We found at least one example where the Last active was reported over five days ago when viewing the User profile or retrieving the data via API, but an export still displays Never accessed.

User export to be consistent with the information available in the user profile/Organisation REST API.

Workaround
