Product access of the user is not reflected in the users export

      Issue Summary

      "Last Activity" for Confluence is not updated. When the users exported to Excel, it shows the user as never accessed in the Excel even though user accessed the product recently

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Navigate to a user management directory at 
        https://admin.atlassian.com/o/<Org ID>/users?status=ACTIVE
      • Click on three dots (...) next to Invite users on the top right side. Click on Export users
      • The user details Excel sheet will be delivered to the email id of the user executing the step
      • Open the Excel and check for the "Last seen in Confluence - <sitename>" column against users

      Expected Results

      The date of the Confluence last access date should be shown

      Actual Results

      The column shows as Never accessed

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
