Expected behavior:

When a user is using a product, the last activity date and plan level for that product is listed in the Managed accounts > Directory for that user.

Actual behavior:

When a user is using Trello, but is not a member of any Workspace, admin hub reports that they’re not using Trello, and therefore does not show a last activity date for that product.

Work around:

The organization audit log may contain useful data, like the last time a user logged in.
