Trello board guest access is not visible in AdminHub

      Issue Summary

      When a Trello user is not a member of any Workspace, the AdminHub incorrectly omits their last activity date, indicating no Trello usage

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Check admin hub Directory > Managed accounts → User shows access to Trello.
      • Remove the free-managed user from the first Workspace, but leave them as a guest on the board in the second Workspace.
      • Wait for admin hub sync.
      Preconditions:
      Have an Atlassian Org with a claimed domain. Have a free-managed Trello user that’s a member of one Trello Workspace AND is a guest on a board in a second Workspace.
      

      Expected Results

      When a user is using a product, the last activity date and plan level for that product is listed in the Managed accounts > Directory for that user.

      Actual Results

      When a user is using a product, the last activity date and plan level for that product is not listed in the Managed accounts > Directory for that user.

      Workaround

      The organization audit log may contain useful data, like the last time a user logged in.
