Ability to Self-Serve Expedited Delete of Non-Enterprise Cloud Sites

      Issue Summary

      When going through the self-serve steps to cancel an Enterprise Cloud subscription, it does not actually delete immediately.

      This is reproducible on Data Center: No

      Steps to Reproduce

      Billing->Manage Subscription->Cancel and Delete on a Cloud site.

      Expected Results

      Delete the cloud site immediately

      Actual Results

      The status of the site after doing this is either "suspended" or the site is fully accessible even though it has been deleted AND canceled.

      Workaround

      There is no workaround at this time. This feature request will be updated when one is available.
