Issue Summary

There is currently no user-facing way to change the threshold for the user count color indicators (blue/yellow/red) or the 80%/100% notification thresholds. These thresholds are set by Atlassian and are used to trigger notifications and UI color changes when your usage approaches or exceeds the purchased Enterprise user tier.

• Org admins are notified by email when usage reaches or exceeds 80% of the tier limit.

• The color coding on the User Counts page is: Blue (<80%), Yellow (80–99%), Red (100%+).

• Admins can opt out of the notification emails, but cannot change the threshold itself.

• If you need a higher user tier, you must contact Atlassian sales to upgrade.

Suggestion

Introduce a UI feature that can configure the user count alert threshold so it can be changed as per the administrator's needs.
