In the new admin UI, the last active date for an account added in an organization gets cleared out when all product access have been removed.

With product Access :

Without product Access :

This will prevent admins to see which accounts have not been active in the organization's products for awhile and can be removed completely.

Suggestion :
Allow to show the last active date of an account in an organization via Users admin UI and export regardless of the product access settings.
