Include login in the user's last activity timestamp

      At the moment, a login to Jira does not send an event that updates the user's last activity timestamp. The end user will need to perform operations in Jira for the last activity timestamp to be updated.

      Suggestion : Login to Jira should fire an event that will update the end user's last actitivity timestamp.
