When a user raises a request for product access, the notification of this request appears to admins in multiple organizations, regardless of whether the user is listed as a member of those organizations. This behavior can lead to confusion and unnecessary administrative overhead.
Example Scenario:
- Admin User A is an organization admin across 5 different organizations.
- User B submits a product access request.
- Admin User A receives a notification of this request in all 5 organizations, despite User B not being a member of any of them except the one where the request was intended.
Expectation: Product access requests should be visible only within the organization where the requesting user is listed as a member. This would ensure that admins only see relevant requests, reducing potential confusion and streamlining the administrative process.
Please see the attached screenshot illustrating a scenario where the user is not listed in the user list under any of the organizations (except 1 which is "sanjanatrial"), yet the admin receives pop-ups about the product request in all organizations they manage.
- In access request popup, the access request should only be visible under "sanjanatrial" organization, as the user "jainsanjana13" is listed as a user under that organization.
