Currently, the user is being redirected to the JSM customer portal instead of having the option to request access for JSW while hitting sitename.atlassian.com/jira. The same works fine when hitting confluence endpoint sitename.atlassian.com/wiki

We need the option to request access to JSW product instead of being redirected to the customer portal directly.
