Summary
Org Admins can't view the user profiles of users with access to a large number of products.
Expected Results
For the user profile to load.

The following error is encountered after waiting for 3 minutes:
Workaround
For checking the product access of an external user on a particular site and product:
- Clarify what groups are providing product access for the product
- Check in the Admin HUB if the user is a member of that group or use Get user groups from Jira API to obtain the group programmatically.
To check the product access of a managed Atlassian Account, you can filter the results returned by Get managed accounts in an organization, Organisation API or check the managed account profile in Admin HUB.

Hi everyone, we've recently shipped an improved user profile which has been tested and proven to be more performant than the previous version.
If you're still experiencing performance issues when viewing a user's profile, please raise a support ticket so that our team can investigate further.
We are aware that for some organizations, viewing the groups that a user is a member of can sometimes time out. We are tracking this issue on AX-1692. If this affects you, please vote for/watch that ticket for updates.
