Groups details under User's profile does not load after new user interface is enabled

      Issue Summary

      After the new user interface, when we try to view a user's groups, the error shown in the attached screenshot appears.

      This issue happens most of the time, which is making user administration difficult.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to admin.atlassian.com – Users
      2. Select any user, go to Groups as shown in the attachment
      3. Groups do not load and throws an error: 

        We’re not sure what went wrong

      Expected Results

      Groups must load without any issues.

      Actual Results

      The groups do not load and throw an error. In the HAR file, we see a 504 Gateway timeout error.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
