Automation runs twice if issue is created in the trigger transition status

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have an automation rule created and the trigger being transition to a given status
      2. Now create an issue and set its status to the one you configured above

      Expected Results

      Rule is executed only once.

      Actual Results

      Rule is executed twice.

      Workaround

      Disable the option that allows issues to be created in a certain status by going to System > Settings > General Configuration from the left-hand menu Allow users to select a status for an issue they're creating. or restrict the permission to transition issues from users
