Ability to control the Send email action to restrict sending to external users

      Problem Definition

      Currently, the Send email action in automation rules has ability to send email to non-Jira users/external users and the information may include data and content that must not be sent external to the business. 

      Suggested Solution

      • Create a control to allow admins to restrict sending emails to external users/non-Jira users. 

      Why this is important

      • This is important to ensure security compliance based on the business requirements 

      Workaround

      There's currently workaround for this. We will add a workaround here once available.
