Problem Definition
Scheduled rules have a lower execution priority compared to webhook events from Jira. If a tenant has a large volume of events coming in this can cause a scheduled execution to be delayed. This is expected.
However, there is a delay of ~ 5-10 minutes while kicking off the scheduled trigger automation rule even when the tenant is not busy and there are not too many rules triggering at that time.
Suggested Solution
The scheduled rule should be triggered on time without any delay.
Workaround
Try not to schedule multiple rules at the same time. As a workaround, you can schedule the rule ~ 5 min before the expected time.
