@ mentions are not rendered when Comments are email sent through the {{issue.comments.last.body}} smart value

      When using the Send email action, the issue.comments.last.body smart value doesn't properly render @ mentions, they are sent with the accountid:XXXX format

            This "suggestion" is actually a defect, and is not the same as AUTO-166, which suggests the new ability to mention a user group rather than an individual user in a comment.

            I believe this issue is a duplicate of AUTO-166 – Ability to @mention a user or group in a comment via Automation which has more votes.

            I recommend that watchers of this issue vote on and watch the above issue. So that votes aren't split, I believe this ticket should be closed, but I will wait a week before taking any action in case anyone disagrees. Thank you!
