      Summary

      In JIRA Service Desk, there's an Automation rule for WHEN A linked issue is transitioned. This rule however only applies to linked issues within the same instance. It doesn't work for linked issues from a different instance.

      Suggestion

      Add the ability to automate an issue when a linked issue from a linked instance is transitioned.

      The 2 instances are linked together using Applinks.
