Expected Results
A warning should be presented when archiving or deleting projects that are included in multi-project automations.
Suggested resolution to this bug:
If a project is archived which is included in any multi-project automations
1 - present a warning to the user to indicate which automations are impacted
2 - prompt for 'remove project from automations'?
If yes - fix the impacted automations to remove the project
If no - opt to cancel the archive or to continue anyway.
Actual Results
Project is archived or deleted.
Failure is listing in the impacted automation rule log(s). "JQL search failed for some issues. .... value with ID '#####' does not exist for the field 'project'.
Workaround
After archiving or deleting projects check ever automation rule for failures, then edit impacted rules to remove the archived or deleted projects.
