Issue Summary

When you delete or send a project to the trash folder, its own Automation rules remain enabled on the Global Automation page.

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Results

The rules with a single scope should be disabled when the project is moved to the trash or deleted. 

Actual Results

The rule remains enabled.

Workaround

Currently, you can manually disable the automation rule.
