Provide an automation trigger when a confluence page is linked to an issue.

      Description

      Currently, there is a "create confluence page" action but no triggers or conditions including confluence page links.
      It would be great to have a trigger when a confluence page is linked to an issue.
      Or, it can be included in the "Issue Updated" or "Issue Linked" triggers.
