Automation action: "Assign work item" can assign the work items to a user in a defined list by using the methods:
- Balanced workload
- Random
- Round-robin
The problem is that these methods require a User list to be added manually. It would be great if the User list allowed smart values to be used, so this list can be fetched from Assets or custom fields' values.
