Issue Summary

If an automation rule with the "Work item linked" trigger has specific link types chosen, the rule will no longer execute for links that have been renamed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom link in Jira admin settings -> work items -> work item linking
2. Create an automation rule with the "Work item linked" trigger and select the newly created link for the "link types" section.
3. Edit the custom link by changing the name.
4. Link an issue to another issue using the custom link.

Expected Results

The rule should execute when an issue is linked using the custom link type.

Actual Results

The rule does not execute, and there is no record of it in the audit log.

Workaround

Edit the automation rule by removing the old name from the trigger and selecting the new name from the listed link types.
