Ability to add Service Accounts as actors for Jira & Confluence Automation

      Currently, service accounts cannot be used as actors in automation. This would be a good feature to improve service accounts and their overall usability. This can also help users setup different service accounts like "ServiceA" / "ServiceB" etc to tag specific automations.
