Users with project admin permissions need the appropriate rights to configure automation. Currently, project admins are unable to view the "From" email when setting up the "Send customized email" option in an automation rule. When they attempt to select a "From" email, the system merely spins without progressing.

A potential solution is to grant project admins app admin status in the admin hub, but this approach is impractical as it would provide them with excessive access and permissions.

Ideally, automation rules should allow project admins to choose the “From” email from a list configured by an app admin in the admin hub.
