Issue Summary
When a rule is triggered and you immediately check the audit log for it, the initial status shows "No actions performed," then when you hit the refresh button in the Automation panel, the status changes to "Success."
This seems to apply exclusively to tenants where component groups and advanced components are enabled.
Steps to Reproduce
- Run a rule.
- Quickly check the audit logs when the rule just ran.
- The execution status initially shows "No actions performed."
Expected Results
The audit log shows the correct status for the execution instead of "No actions performed"
Actual Results
The status shows "No actions performed"
Workaround
Ater the rule runs, wait about 5-10 seconds and refresh the browser tab to fully access the audit log for the rule.
