The administrator can see Automation rule and edit.
Permissions required to manage Automation rules

It would be better to have the ability to restrict access for user or group to automation rules.
Sometimes they contain information such as API keys or other sensitive data that we don't want others to see. (as workaround, there is a method to hide headers for headers.)
