      Issue Summary

If the Owner of an automation rule is removed from an instance, they will keep receiving failures notifications when the rule fails.

      Suggested Solution

Display an alert or pop-up on the Automation Administration page asking to replace the users that were removed from the instance.

      Quick Tip

If you have a lot of rules and don't want to check one by one to replace the removed user, you can:

      1. Temporarily re-invite the user to the instance and remove their access on site (disable it).
      2. Access the Automation Global administration page (https://<instancename>.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/ac/com.codebarrel.addons.automation/cb-jira-automation-rules)
      3. Click on More Option > Transfer User.
      4. Follow the steps to replace all references to them in rules, including the rule owner.
      5. Remove the user again.
