Allow Manual Trigger rule be assigned to specific user(s), and/or user smart value (e.g. issue.assignee)

      Currently it is possible to have a manual trigger for a GROUP in Jira. We would like to be able to configure this a bit further and allow to specify a specific user (or two) that can trigger the automation.

      Workaround:

      • Create a group specifically for the purpose of manually triggering automations called "Automations Users/Managers" (or similar) and assign the user(s) to this group
