Manual Trigger Automation should show results of rule execution, e.g. notification if issue is created

      The user can run Automaton on the issue view [Actions], if the automation was set manual triggers.

      The user can only see the running message at the bottom left of the issue view.

      However, the user is not sure if the automation was successful.
      Because Project admin or Jira admin(Global Automation) can only access to automation rules and the audit log, there is no feedback to the user.

      It would be great if the user could see the automation results, Success or Failed, in the issue view.
