Issue Summary

We are experiencing significant delays in the Jira App integration with Slack. Notifications that should typically arrive within seconds are now delayed by approximately 10 minutes. 

Steps to Reproduce

This is not deliberately replicable due to the intermittent nature of the problem. However, whenever the customer reports that it's happening again, it's also replicable on other sites, as demonstrated below:

Expected Results

The notification to be instantly delivered in Slack.

Actual Results

Sometimes, the notification takes up to 10 minutes to be delivered.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
