Notification from Jira App on Slack are delayed up to 10 minutes

      Issue Summary

      We are experiencing significant delays in the Jira App integration with Slack. Notifications that should typically arrive within seconds are now delayed by approximately 10 minutes. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      This is not deliberately replicable due to the intermittent nature of the problem. However, whenever the customer reports that it's happening again, it's also replicable on other sites, as demonstrated below:

      Expected Results

      The notification to be instantly delivered in Slack.

      Actual Results

      Sometimes, the notification takes up to 10 minutes to be delivered.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

            Likewise to the Otilija, It seems to work before 9AM EST, then falls to every 10 minutes. This started about a week ago for me, and once the 10 minutes go by, all those notifications seem to get batched and delivered.

            Experiencing the same issues. It works for a bit in the morning during early hours, and starts to be delayed again. No consistent behaviour, only started 3 days ago.
