Description

Original: Related to API-201 but with the specific request to format the issue links so they appear in the same way they appear on Confluence pages i.e. Controlled by each users' https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/link-preferences  !image-2023-11-24-10-22-30-440.png|thumbnail! Current appearance in Slack:  !image-2023-11-24-11-31-53-070.png|thumbnail! Desire appearance:  !image-2023-11-24-10-25-48-446.png|thumbnail!
