Description
Currently, Jira cloud apps for Microsoft teams are only available to licensed users who have a Jira license. Also, if the user has a JSW license only, they will receive the JSM internal notifications.
Suggest resolution
Instead of Jira internal access, unlicensed users can access customer portals to raise requests.
