Allow unlicensed users to raise requests in the customer portal using Jira cloud app for Microsoft teams

      Description

      Currently, Jira cloud apps for Microsoft teams are only available to licensed users who have a Jira license. Also, if the user has a JSW license only, they will receive the JSM internal notifications.

      Suggest resolution

      Instead of Jira internal access, unlicensed users can access customer portals to raise requests.
