Request Types with any required field other than Summary and Description don't appear as options in the Jira Cloud for Outlook app.

Make it possible to select Request Types with multiple required fields and set those fields while creating a ticket.

This is still something we regularly watch and would appreciate progress on.

Any updates on this? Our organization would greatly appreciate this feature as we work to bring more requests into JSM.

We use Insight, which is part of the Jira Service Management Cloud Premium offering - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-is-insight-in-jira-service-management-cloud/

Insight Discovery (part of the premium offering) is not a feature that we use in our instance.

The standard Insight feature in JSM allows Insight custom fields - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-is-the-insight-objects-field/

Insight was acquired by Atlassian about a year ago and they now include it with the JSM Premium and Enterprise subscriptions.

These Insight custom fields don't look like standard Jira fields. What app do you use?

            Hello Vitalii,

Thanks for reaching out for more information.  We are using a date picker and some Insight custom fields (Type: Insight objects) on a specific request type.  I might be able to move away from the date picker, but the insight custom fields will always need to be required to create the issue.

            Hi 693c76c50ab4

We support most of Jira's standard and custom fields. Currently, we do not support attachments, time pickers, and date-time pickers. Is there a chance you have one of these marked as required? Other typical fields that we do not support are from 3rd-party apps. Do you have one of these?

Determining the missing field would help us decide whether we can add support of it or not.
