Request to update the User Interface message for Jira-Slack Integration

      Currently for Jira Slack integration, for "Issue Transitioned event", if we select Show entire text for summary, description, comment, and worklog

      Please refer to the attached screenshot for more clarification. Slack Configuration.png

      • The Expected behavior is to retrieve Issue Descriptionalong with Summary.
      • The Actual result: For the Issue Transition event, we can only see the summary but not the description.
      • On the other hand, for Issue Creation, we can see both Summary and description.

      This is confirmed internally that "Description isn't included in issue transition notifications", please update the UI message to avoid confusions.
