      Issue Summary

      When using the old issue view experience in Jira, the Jira Cloud for Slack side panel renders with an error.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open an issue that has mentions in Slack, in an instance with the app properly set up.
      2. Switch to old issue view experience.

      Expected Results

      Display issue mentions in Slack.

      Actual Results

      The panel will display:

      Workaround

      Switch to the new issue view experience.
